Seasonal vegetables, grown without chemicals
Our Aim To retain the main characteristics of the single origin Arabica coffee beans and enhance them with delicate roasting. We will be hand roasting the coffee in small batches with our lovely little 'micro' roaster to orders that have been received on-line. All the green beans we select from our Direct Importer as this allows us to trace the origin of the coffee beans right back to the region and in most cases to the actual farm and farmer. This ensures that we can monitor that the farmer and his employees are being suitably rewarded for their efforts and they are taking the necessary precautions to protect their local environment. All our single origins are coffees we have tasted and enjoyed. So we hope that you will too. They can be as complex and as enjoyable as wine -- Cheers!

WELCOME TO WHARF DISTILLERY - Northamptonshire's only grain to glass distillery. We are an independent small-batch copper-pot distillery producing a range of exciting spirits and liqueurs from raw materials: grain for our whisky, single malts, gin and vodka, and local fruit for our brandies and apple-based liqueurs and aperitifs. We pride ourselves on crafting quality products from our beautiful farm location in the heart of the South Northamptonshire countryside, and welcome everyone to come and see how it is all done on our hand-beaten copper pot stills from Portugal. Currently we are the only grain to glass distillery in Northamptonshire which means that we don't just buy in neutral spirit to make our products, we actually ferment raw ingredients to create an initial base alcohol, e.g. cider, wine, beer, and then distill these to create high strength spirits, e.g. brandy, apple brandy, gin and single malt whisky. We are also proud of the fact that we have now released our first Whisky (called Cattle Creep) which makes us the smallest English Whisky distillery, and only the 8th English distillery since 1903 to release a whisky.

Phipps Northampton Brewery Company is the oldest and best known name in the local brewing world. Founded in Towcester in 1801, it opened its second and larger brewery in Northampton in 1817. For nearly 175 years the company produced a distinctive range of cask ales headed by the legendary Phipps IPA. After a hostile take over by keg beer kings Watney-Mann, the Northampton Bridge Street Brewery was closed and the site handed over to Carlsberg who brew there to this day. Phipps continued in the form of a regional pub chain, buying in beers from outside the county. In 2004 local management seized the opportunity to take over the brand and turn the company into an independent brewer once more. With the help of a gallant band of old Phipps Bridge Street Brewers and a return to the board of the founding Phipps family, Phipps IPA was put back on the area's bars from 2008. Since then many more iconic and much loved Phipps brews have appeared along with a growing range of new contemporary beeers. In 2014 the business mobed production back to the last surviving part of th eold Phipps brewery complex, the 1884 Albion Brewery in the heart of the old town. Today the building is also home to the Albion Brewery Bar, a popular destination for locals and brewery history enthusiasts alike. After reviving the company's brewing range, attention was turned to Gin production, something Phipps had abandoned as long ago as 1940. Today the wide variety of Phipps gins, distilled in the Albion Brewery, carry the company 's name even farther afield than the beers.
Nature's Fayre is run by two people that have been friends for over 25 years. We are a small producer with only the two of us involved in the production of our products. We have a selection of products including honey, flavoured honey, marmalades, preserves, chutneys, pickles, mustards, dressings and sauces. All of our products are sweetened by using a combination of honey and sugar. All the honey that we use comes from our own hives, situated within a few miles of where we both live. Many of the ingredients we use have been grown by ourselves or by family and, where possible, all other ingredients are locally sourced. All of our products are made in small batched using traditional methods, this is to ensure great taste and quality. At this year's World Marmalade Awards, our Honey, Orange and Brandy Marmalade was awarded a Silver and our Honey, Pink Grapefruit, Cranberry and Vodka Marmalade was awarded a Bronze. In 2017 our Honey, Lemon and Ginger Marmalade was awarded the 'Artisan Local Sweet Product' in the Carlsberg UK Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards. Real craft is more than a sticker on a bottle. It’s dirty hands, hard work, full hearts, and a deep love of the land. It’s coming to work every day with a smile on your face and a fire in your belly to make uncompromising, epic gin. Real craft means graft. Real craft keeps you humble. We started in 2012 on our beautiful family farm, with no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We began with the things that matter most and a dream to save the world from mediocre gin. We ended up stripping the industry back to its roots: we became gin farmers. Our gin is crafted with nature. We draw water from our spring, grow the botanicals, and collect fresh honey from our own beehives. We try to keep things local and, as custodians of the land, we harvest with a respect for nature and the community. As we go, we try to give back more than we take: re-sow, replant, rebuild. When it’s time to distil, we question, experiment and invent epic gins, including some never imagined before. We do it in small batches in our gorgeous bespoke copper stills, Curiosity and Satisfaction. We have a lot of fun and think outside the bottle. This is how, after years of planning and months of experimentation, we created our first, award-winning London Dry Gin. Then we pushed further, forging new gins… and whole new categories of gin. Creating world firsts, like our sweet, tangy rhubarb gin. Our gut is our guide, and nature our inspiration. So, raise a glass with us: to craft, to the land, to laughter and loved ones. In the end, those are the things that matter most!
Founders of i’m real, grew up with ice cream… just not in the same way as most of us. Their grandfather moved from Italy to England in the 1960s and built a local, family-run ice cream business. Visiting ice cream parlours in southern Italy and tasting nothing but simple local fresh ingredients, they wanted to capture this and make it accessible for everyone. So now you can experience how real ice cream tastes. Made to the traditional Italian gelato recipe, with a higher proportion of milk, a lower proportion of cream and churned at a slower rate. It also has a lot less fat than other ice creams, so you can enjoy the pleasure of a naturally real taste, with a lot less guilt.
Growing up in the UK in an Indian family I built up my passion for cooking beautiful curries and enjoying them with family and friends. During my time living in Sydney I really developed my love for cooking especially curries with a strong focus on the balance of nutrition, taste and flavour. Well being comes more naturally when living by the beach! Here, I started the mistrykitchen adventure selling wholesome curries to the busy Sydneysiders. A combination of raising money for charities and school events led me to bringing the mistrykitchen dream alive. Now back in the UK living in the Midlands I want to bring some of that Sydney sunshine and colour into the gorgeous food that will leave a smile on the locals. My ethos has always been to do it right with the business – take quality ingredients, prep and cook everything homemade, make it nutritious but flavourful and importantly, be conscious of the cost to the customer. I hope you love my food.
I’m Chris Baker and I set up Simply Cider in the Autumn of 2017, finally realising a dream to run my own business and my goal was to produce the highest quality artisan real ciders. Simply Cider uses locally sourced apples that I handpick, press and blend to create small batches of top quality, great tasting real cider. Using traditional methods of production with natural wild yeasts for a slow fermentation, a unique and authentic craft cider is created. My ciders are naturally hazy and are available in bottles and 3ltr, 10ltr and 20ltr bag in box's. 2018 was the first year selling my ciders across Leicestershire and the positive feedback has been tremendous. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I hope you enjoy my ciders.

PrOganic pasteurised milk is produced by our certified organic cows. Unlike supermarkets, we do NOT homogenise our milk – and so a delicious cream layer will form on top. Simply shake the cream back in, or be the lucky one to have it all to yourself on your favourite cereal!
Nakasero brings you Chicago’s best-kept secret-Giardiniera. A spicy, tangy Italian pickle made from chilies, bell peppers, garlic and other crispy vegetables infused with a careful blend of herbs and spices. Once you've tried it, you just can’t get enough. Whilst visiting the Windy City, Chicago Gita was first introduced to Giardiniera. It is the classic topping for the Chicago Chicken Deli, Italian Sausage Sandwiches, Bratwursts, Hot Dogs, Burgers and even Pizza! Gita had never tasted anything like it. Tangy, crisp and sharp yet fresh. She was hooked. Back to England she found a few on-line suppliers who sold it, however it tasted nothing like the heaven on a plate she had tasted in Chicago. The texture of the vegetables wasn’t crunchy, tangy and fresh, it just tasted mushy and stale. So Gita got to work, four months and multiple attempts later, she had the perfect authentic Giardiniera with her own twist. We love to throw it on top of salads to add a fun boost of flavour. It is an ideal accompaniment to steak, chicken or fish, great in sandwiches and wraps and really adds a zing to your guacamole, its versatile enough to add to vegan meals and is an exciting addition to any cheese board.
