Northamptonshire Blue is a rich semi-soft cow's milk blue, it has a delicate citrus edge. It's a nod to the great Italian Blues. Cobblers Choice is a close textured, full bodied cheese in the style of "Cheddar". It has a vintage cream colour, and crumbles in the mouth. It is matured for a minimum of 150 days. Spiced Fruit 9 inch cake filled with scrummy dates, figs, cranberries, nuts and so much more and not a single grain of refined cane sugar anywhere in sight.
